The Contact Centre

1. What is the Contact Center?

The Contact Centre will be a virtual meeting place where the users - individuals and groups (organizations, farms, new projects or others) can contact each other to work on projects related to social justice, nature, health or community (including cultures and language) and promote positive personal values.

2. Who's going to benefit from the Contact Center?

The Contact Center will allow :

  • For people to reunite, join groups or start new projects.
  • For groups and organizations to find volunteers willing to participate in a project.

3. How will it work?

The website will mainly consist of two page types : Users and Topics

Each user (individual or group) will have a personal profile, where all relevant information will be stored :

  • General information
  • Interests
  • Contacts / friends

The interests of the users will be linked to Topic pages which will contain:

  • Lists of people and groups (interested or working in the topic's field)
  • Discussion groups
  • Links towards external website offering detailed information on the topic
  • Events related to the topic

The Topic pages will be customly generated for each user in order to show informations according to the user's location and known languages.
