New administrative structure for The Earth Being
The last General Assembly proved to be decisive for The Earth Being's administrative structure. Members now have much more to enjoy from the organization, as they can take part in every decision of the Association.
The Organization Council (O.C.)
The O.C. is the decisional instance for The Earth Being Association. It is formed of the members which are present at its meetings. All members can participate in the O.C., where they can take part in decisions for the Association, the projects and its evolution. The O.C. can ask for funds, if necessary, for its projects. The Administrative Council (A.C., which is composed of elected members from the General Assembly) has the responsability of the organization's budget. Any member of the Association can therefore organize a O.C. meeting, if he send an invitation at least four (4) days in advance specifying the date, time, place and subject of the meeting (so that members can participate in the meeting). If at least four (4) members are present at the meeting, a host (which will anime the meeting) and a secretary (which will have to produce an informative document about the decisions made) have to be chosen. The decisions from the O.C. meetings are effective and approved by The Earth Being. Request for funds are made to the A.C. - send your requests to the following adress.
Other volunteers
- We are also searching for specialized volunteers to make music shows or to give massage classes, Yoga, Tai chi,healty cooking, bike repair classes, or any other professionnal talent that could be transmitted to the community. Write to the organization.
- Finally, we are looking for web programmers experienced in PHP interactives modules for the construction of the Contact Center, actually in evaluation progress. To help us on this, refer to the organization.
